Account Deletion

You may request deletion directly from the Account Actions section of your 17Hieng Account. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated server-held data from 17Hieng services, including Rancang, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.

Service Availability

We work to keep services available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. 17Hieng does not guarantee that information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
